LaSalle County Assessment Publications posts a county-wide banner: the deadline for ALL 2026 assessment appeals is Monday, November 16, 2026. Newspaper publication date for the listed townships is Friday, October 9, 2026. The 2026 Appeal Form and Rules still say appeals are due within 30 days after township assessment-list publication; product surfaces the posted county banner date and does not invent per-township appeal dates. The Appeal Form signature page says the form must be postmarked or received as a fax or email no later than 30 days after publication — FAX (815) 434-8327 · EMAIL breview@lasallecountyil.gov — and metered-mail date stamps are not accepted as an official postmark. Comparable sales used for a sales-based appeal must be prior to 1/1/2026.
