HomeTaxChallenge collects information you provide, such as an email address, county selection, parcel or address searches, assessment values entered, and generated estimate details.

We use this information to operate the estimator, prepare downloadable reports, improve county coverage, prevent abuse, and follow up when you ask us to or consent to receive follow-up messages.

We also record basic technical logs such as request path, status code, timing, IP address, and user agent to secure and operate the site.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic and how visitors use the service. GA4 may collect device, browser, approximate location, page-view, and interaction data and may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send raw email addresses, street addresses, parcel numbers, or search text to GA4 as analytics event parameters.

We do not sell personal information. Our hosting, email, analytics, and database providers process information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
