McLean County's 2026 filing page lists township publication dates and filing deadlines. A property owner has 30 days after the township publication date to file. Current rules allow hand delivery during normal business hours, official postmark/private-delivery receipt or affidavit by the deadline, and online submission or email dated as received; metered mail is not accepted as an official postmark and fax appeals are not accepted.
