Vermilion County Board of Review Rules & Regulations for the 2026 Assessment Year (session June 5, 2026 through November 3, 2026 or until work complete) state that complaints concerning 2026 property assessments must be filed no later than 30 calendar days after publication of changes made by the Township Assessor and Supervisor of Assessments. As of 2026-10-07 CT, no static per-township 2026 publication/deadline table is posted — township deadline rows stay TBD (do not invent dates). Complaints must be filed in duplicate on approved forms. Form-only filings may be mailed or emailed to brdreview@vercounty.org; filings with evidence must be returned by mail or in person with one copy of the evidence (complaint page — not email for evidence packets).
